It's time to get safe and sexy with the Multiamory crew! High school health class taught many of us all about the scary and gross parts of STIs, but is that the whole story? In this episode, we discuss facts about STI transmission and clear the air of a lot of the common misinformation and fear-mongering surrounding HPV and HSV. We also give tips on how to talk about safe sex boundaries before you have sex with someone in a way that isn't totally awkward or a mood-killer. With the right information, you can have sex that is both safe and fun -- having your sex cake and eating it too!

Jealousy pops up everywhere in our lives -- at work, at home, and in romantic relationships. It can range from slight twinges to full-blown outbursts. No one likes feeling jealous, but it can be hard to avoid when you're in an alternative relationship.

The Multiamory crew has gotten intimately acquainted with jealousy many times, and in this episode we share with you five tactics for turning your jealousy dragon into a cute little shoulder lizard. (That's a thing, right?)

This week we put on our Mythbusters hats and mustaches! More and more people are becoming aware of polyamorous lifestyles, but there's also a lot of misinformation and misconceptions floating around. Some are silly, some are strange, and some are straight up wrong. We tackle eight of these myths, covering sex and sexuality, jealousy, group relationships, and more.

It's 2016 and Multiamory is back!! In our first episode of the year, we cover an extremely hot and controversial topic: adding a third person to your relationship.  Many couples are introduced to polyamory by wanting to explore threesomes or triad relationships. In this episode, we cover how to avoid becoming "unicorn hunters," the fundamentals of having a healthy triad relationship, and a very important litmus test to determine whether you are ready to be in a triad or not.

For further reference, check out this piece from a "unicorn," found on the polyamory subreddit:
